Douglas R. Caldwell, ERDC-TEC, recently
received the Department of the Army’s
Superior Civilian Service Award. Caldwell
was cited for professionalism, technical
excellence and leadership in geospatial
information technology, related to the Joint-
Geospatial Enterprise Services (J-GES)
program and the Army’s Small Business
Innovative Research (SBIR) program.
