Laynetta Monroe recently joined the Major Systems Branch, Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office located at the Alexandria site as an administrative officer. She previously was assigned to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency working as its international travel coordinator/ project coordinator supporting the Cooperative Threat Reduction Program. Laynetta is currently enrolled at Strayer University and is majoring in business administration with a concentration in acquisitions and contracts management. A native of Washington, D.C., she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, and hanging out with close friends and relatives.

Sgt. Sylvia Tumball recently joined TEC’s Military Support Team as a topographic analyst. Since joining the Army four years ago, she has been assigned to the 555 th Engineer Co. (III Corps) from June 2003 to November 2005 and the 4 th Infantry Division in Fort Hood, Texas, from December 2005 to March 2007. A native of Immokalee, Fla., she enjoys listening to music and watching sporting events.
