U.S. ARMY GEOSPATIAL CENTER NEWEST MAJOR SUBORDINATE COMMAND

The U.S. Army Geospatial Center (AGC), formerly known as the Engineer Research and Development Center’s Topographic Engineering Center (ERDC-TEC), became a Major Subordinate Command center under the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) today.

Caldwell receives Superior Civilian Service Award

Douglas R. Caldwell, ERDC-TEC, recently received the Department of the Army’s Superior Civilian Service Award. Caldwell was cited for professionalism, technical excellence and leadership in geospatial information technology, related to the Joint- Geospatial Enterprise Services (J-GES) program and the Army’s Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program.
